Hello! I'm Phillip Faulkner, a Photographer based in Athens Georgia. This is a picture of my beautiful wife and me! I have been taking pictures professionally since 2002, and graduated in 2005 with a Photography degree from Gwinnett Technical College.

All through Photography School, I had myself convinced that I would only do sports photography. Yet somehow, when my best friend asked me to photograph his wedding, my rehearsed refusal came out Yes! After the wedding, I immediately began to sort through my pictures, and as I looked, I realized I was uncovering a story I had told, a story without saying a single word, a story spoken through my camera!

Now every time I photograph a Wedding, I strive to tell a story without ever saying a word. A story of the most important day of your life. The day that you have been waiting for since you tied that white pillow case to the back of your hair and acted as if you were skipping down the aisle...

I'm sure my opinion is slightly biased, but besides the Bride and the Groom, the Photographer is the most important person at your wedding that day! So be sure that you are getting someone that you can trust will do a beautiful job with your pictures.

So what do you get when you ask me to photograph your Special Occasion? Not only do you get someone with a degree in photography, but you also get someone who has a degree in printing and color correction. This means that all of your pictures will appear to you as they should, the exact same color as you saw them through your own eyes the day of your wedding! You also get someone who loves what he does for a living and loves to see a smile of a happy couple!
